"PUBLIC SCREENING - REVIEW"

MAY 27^TH 2014 (MONDAY) – Public Screening. The day went well with the good weather. Technically it took about half an hour for the technical crew to setup the LCD. The positioning of the visual is not accurately straight on the wall so we managed to solve the problem and we starts around 9pm. The screening was purposely done to screen all 14 videos including showreel to the public and it was held at the new building of Faculty of Built Environment Amphitheater.

After one and a half hour of screening, the event continues with some refreshment for the audience before the next activity starts. We have lucky draw and gift exchange among the production members. Everything was going well, same hoes to the food and beverage. In my opinion, everything’s fine except if there’s another public screening that will be held here, technical crew need to come early as to set up and make sure the visual is good.
